RESOLVED: $10 Loupe credit on $100+ first purchase?

Attached is a screenshot. I asked a couple months ago about the credit and was told it's applied after I spend $10 of my own money. It appears only $10 was credited. I bought a shipping package from the merchant for another $6 or $7 after the card purchase.

Any ideas on how to get the correct credit?

This is what I was afraid of. Even though others have said you can use the credit toward store purchases, I read somewhere it can only be live stream breaks.

I couldn't even get past signing up with Google pay. After exposing lots of sensitive identity info, Google pay says they can't verify my identity, so tough luck. LOL

This was a live auction purchase. Google pay verified me instantly when entering my card info. I am puzzled. I figured it was only good on first purchases as the attachment says.

I followed the Loupe FAQ which has a section for PSA memberships. I had to fwd the initial Loupe credit email I received along with some simple info (name, Loupe registered email, psa member number, psa registered email) and a refund was issued less than 1 hour later. 👍
It will take a few days to post to my account but I'm glad it was processed quickly.

Fireman Rips has a lot of vintage finds. I missed a 1960 Mays Allstar PSA 7 or 8 which went cheap. I believe you can see what people purchased but what he has for sale you cannot see since it's a lot of random graded and raw cards. I wish the graded cards would be cert verified by the sellers because there isn't much time to do your research before the hammer drops.

So you got a refund and not the card? Does your account now show $100 credit instead of $10?

Sorry if was misleading. A refund of $90, for the additional credit, was applied even though they aren't supposed to do this for past purchases as it is noted in their FAQ and it was referenced in email.

My suggestion is that if you only plan to purchase once then email them ahead of time if your wallet only shows a $10 credit after registering like mine did. If not then you may get a $90 credit to use on the next purchase.

The card shipped out and is on the way. I like the card but it's not really one that fits my collection.

    Those are the best kind.
