Does this Chinese Memento Dollar look genuine?

I just picked up this Chinese silver dollar on EBay. Nothing about the coin or the slab screams fake to me but I’m hyper vigilant when it comes to Republic of China coins. I put the slab next to another ANACS slab and everything checked out. Am I being overly concerned? The coin doesn’t seem to have much wear for a VF30 but has seen some definite circulation.

I think you are being overly concerned although that is not a bad thing when it comes to Chinese coins.
I have never seen an ANACS fake holder plus the verification number checks out.
FYI, ANACS has graded 2 of that dollar in VF30
