    Part of the 1967 series commemorating Canada’s 100th anniversary.
    This is the only time since 1937 that a Canadian 50 cent coin did not
    have the Canadian Coat of Arms on the reverse.

    Very nice pick up! I love the obverse animal images on Canadian Coins and some Canada's notes.
