Question re. relative scarcity of 1971 OPC baseball 5th series vs 6th series

I know the 6th series (high numbers) are scarce in 1971 OPC baseball.
How tough is the previous series (#524-643) in comparison?
Also, are the first 4 series equally tough (easy?) or are some tougher than others?

    Equally as hard/scarce.

I’m pretty sure there was only 3 OPC issues. cards 1-264 were printed together on one full sheet. Then same for 265-523 ( ignoring pot. DP’s ) and finally 524-752. One row on the 524-643 132 card half sheet was double printed, includes Tony Perez, Willie Mays and Rusty S.

Hi John - Thanks for the explanation on this. Makes total sense since a full sheet is 264 cards - I wasn't thinking about that. I do find it interesting that OPC went with the same back (cameo picture on the left of the card as opposed to the middle) as Topps for that last sheet - I guess they just wanted to be done with baseball by then and didn't bother with the change.
