Proof damage!

Hi,so was curious to know about damage on a proof "gold coin" i have and how it affects the value?

I would imagine that unless it is significantly scarce and/or has high demand, any such damage would result in such a piece being worth bullion (at best).

You have already posted this coin in the Q &A forum.
Doubt very much if it is gold by looking at the rim so the damage doesn’t really matter.
What does that second picture represent.
