OK, after searching through the pack. Here's what I discovered.
All brand NEW 2017A $2 Bill's!
However, instead of the serial numbers going all the way through
"14328201 - 14328300".
8 notes were out of sync.
It went from, "14328291 then, 14328300"!
Yes! It skipped the 8 notes in sequence that were supposed to be there.
.....292 - 299. But I'm GLAD!
Because, it replaced those 8 notes with these!
