I received this back yesterday. First and last note from a brick of 4,000 and the label all in one holder.

Super nice way of keeping it all together. Before selling my collection, I had several of these sets. One had the paper label adhered to a thin piece of wood.

I really like it @MWallace, thanks for sharing.

Great item. I didn't know they did such things.

Interesting how the first note took enough handling wear to knock it down several points (which I am guessing is common).

They didn't do these like this. When I first asked they said "no". Long story short, and to PMG's credit, they later agreed to holder the label with the notes.

The AU58 note is UNC, but there's some crinkling along the right border. It can be seen in the photo mostly in the bottom right corner. I assume that's what gave it a 58 grade.
