PCI Slab ID Help
I was curious if the PCI slab in the middle was a trial version of the newer slabs. The font is different and it doesn't have the boarder. Anyone happen to have any info on it?

I don't know anybody who slabbed or worked with the last version (2013-?) of the PCI slab. Their website isn't working.
Their 2013 website: https://web.archive.org/web/20130220125128/http://pcicoins.com/
About page: https://web.archive.org/web/20130222053252/http://pcicoins.com/?page_id=57
Contact page (https://web.archive.org/web/20130222053241/http://pcicoins.com/?page_id=46) lists a New York address
NY Business search: https://apps.dos.ny.gov/publicInquiry/ doesn't find them.
The address is a UPS store.

The Principal Address is another UPS store.

Historically, DD was a defendant in the case of Malvino v. Delluniversita, https://www.govinfo.gov/app/details/USCOURTS-txsd-2_12-cv-00401 which was the fraudulent iteration after DLRC shuttered DGS in August 2010.
This incarnation of PCI is after that (and we went down the rabbit hole previously: https://forums.collectors.com/discussion/944394/federal-court-calls-for-damages-of-nearly-1-9-million-for-misrepresented-pci-coins) but couldn't figure out who owned the 2011/2012ff iteration of PCI.
I asked on CCF in 2015, https://www.coincommunity.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=195590, but nobody offered any information.
It still seems likely that after the 2010 version shutdown, DD ran it from 2011 until the end in January 2018. The website was gone in 2018 but the domain is still registered.

As you can see, nobody admitted to knowing what happened closer to the events, so its not surprising that nobody remembers this today.

Yes is true this. We read, we acknowledge but if is not on our interests, we just erase from the memory.
@ duder2
The middle slab is not an official PCI slab. Is very far as PCI used. Seem to be a fake one as many others.

A fake PCI slab? Interesting! Never occurred to me someone would want to fake a PCI slab. The plastic itself looks identical though from the others.

I don't think so. It was probably part of a short run while they were getting the new^7th PCI up and running after the RICO Fraud years. They settled on the 2011.95/nnnnnnn label and then launched with 2012.02/nnnnnnn.
On that one, I've seen numbers into the mid 40 thousands.

Is not official. I will like to be corrected if someone could prove.
1. PCI always has PCI MSXX
2. Second the slabs** Do not** has serial No.
3.Third: the security on back I never ever see one like as official.
4. Fourth: the blue (color varies by varieties)this one it is far to shorter printed
5. Fifth: the slab (plastic): form seem as PCI. NO, look near borders lines. This slabs was done in Shin Jian manufacture.

None of that is provable given the owners haven't responded.
I will say there are dozens of different labels, holograms, and fonts used by all of the slabbing services over the years. A difference proves nothing.
Nobody but PCI have used that style of slab with the cut corners since they bought it from Hallmark's bankruptcy. It's not just the physical slab, it's the sonic sealing machine horn too.

I do not understand well " Occam's razor", but do not matter. If you are interested on, just PM me here or CCF, and I can send you all PCI slab history and description. Will be you who will decide if I am right or wrong. The file is big, so need an e-mail which can take.

Never occurred to me that people would want to keep using the name PCI over and over again, either, but they did.
