eBay will start a new international shipping. Any thought on this?
This is very interesting. Seller keeps the money even if the buyer return the item.
eBay handles returns. If a buyer wishes to return an item, eBay will provide them with a return label and issue a refund, at no cost to you. The seller keeps the sale.

I had a lamp shipped to me from England that was shipped under their global shipping program, The lamp was damaged in transit and Ebay refunded me in full and still paid the seller.
seems like I'll be shipping internationally. Sounds good to me and a way to garner higher prices on foreign material that is just sitting in my safe.![:) :)](https://forums.collectors.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)

I was in. Customers might hate it, but so be it.
I just checked the details. There is a price limit for it.
Items are eligible for export and the cost doesn't exceed $2500 USD
Wow.... I see glaring opportunities for abuse with that policy. Cheers, RickO
