Print error on $100 bill.

Spotted a star on the back of this bill. I'm not seeing a star anywhere on any other $100 bill of the same type/series. What bill would have a star such as this one??
Thanks for any info.

It's a rubber stamped star that someone added. Very possibly an Asian business added it after confirming authenticity. It's very common in that culture.

    It’s known as a “Chopmark.”

I've been documenting these for a while. If anyone writes a catalog or identification guide someday, I can probably help. I think that I have at least 50-100 different ones documented. Mostly on $100s, a few $50s and $20s.
