How to get a new " Everyman" composite started?

Has anyone done this ? Or has some advice on how to do it?

What exactly are you wanying to do/know?

I think you might mean this:
Open the registry app and click menu. On the drop down list click on Set Request

Then fill out the form that pops up that looks like this

Only I’ve never done it. I thought about trying to request an Everyman 7070 Type set, so I figured out the above mentioned steps, but I never followed through

I've done what you suggested, @Mr_Spud and PCGS built a new registry set after they received my request and agreed with the rationale for the request.
