As JBK says, it is a fantasy item. Real cancels look nothing like those. Probably worthless.
Looks like fake cancellations on some random, low value stamps affixed to a modern envelope. Being that it is from China, I would be weary.
None of it makes any sense. Th3 stamps are from where the letter is being mailed to.
And, as noted, they are fake postmark (no dates) and the "handwriting" is all printed, not written with a pen.
