Opinions on PSA scoring for damage to 1995 TSC Warp Speed Jordan WS1

This TSC WS1 has had a packing or cutting mark on the left side since opened in the 90's. This is something that happened on them. It runs the length of the card but the card is still nice overall. Does this card still have a chance of a higher grade?
