2 weeks ago i was lucky enough to meet the Greatest Pound Per Pound All Time Roberto Duran !
I was able to get some Cards auto.!!!!
I Will wait on a Autograph Special though...

Here's 3, (I have more...somewhere) of the '95 Signature Rookies Roberto Duran cards, limited to "only" 30,000.

I'm well, thanks. So, you have the card already. Ok. Turns out I have 6 total.
They were part of an auction lot, along with golf, soccer, racing cards and packs.
I like buying oddball lots, finding things I've never seen before, and you never know, maybe finding a gem.
Looks like there's only pop 9 PSA graded, with (0)10's,(2) 9's, (3) 8's, (4) 7's.
PSA shows only 1 sale back in 2020 for PSA 8 for $17, and raw cards are going for $2.
I'm going to double check, but I don't think any of mine would grade a 10, so probably not worth grading right now.

What people dont realize is that when Duran fought through 5 decades and he was past his prime when he fought boxers above of his weight class.

Just read this and I love it. Duran was without a doubt one of the top 10 fighters of all time. He's probably the greatest Lightweight that every lived. I also met him in person in Vegas right before he fought Sugar Ray the third time. I highly suggest everyone watch the first Duran Leonard fight on YOUTUBE. It's an incredible fight.
The only fighter from my lifetime that I loved more than Duran was Marvelous Marvin Hagler. Man, I miss the days of the Four Kings!
Hagler was awesome. I still don't understand why he layed back the first 5-6 rounds against Leonard. If he went right after him he would have won easy. Another thing about Hagler - he fought everybody and it seemed like he was fighting on TV every month. Incredible fighter with an incredible chin. I can't remember him every being tagged and being in serious trouble.
No Duran for me but I got this Sugar Ray auto that I like. He lived in my area and my uncle found him in the hospital parking lot and asked him to sign whatever he had in his hand. So cover of Bill Mazeroski's Baseball 85 with Kirk on the cover. Which doesn't matter cause it stays with me.
