1997 Metal Universe Derek Jeter Platinum Portrait. Opinions?

This is a 97 Platinum Portrait that has damage from the factory. How many grades do you think PSA will penalize this card ? It is in a terrible spot. Anyone think it is worth slabbing for posterity?

    If you are a collector who likes slabs, absolutely get it graded. if you are looking to resell, i would pass on this one.

    George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

    If its loss of foil on the front in the NY logo, youre going to get hit pretty hard. Guessing they still count that as paper loss, so youre looking at PSA 1
