Auto Help (1951 Cubs)

Looking for some quick help. I acquired this 1951 Cubs Yearbook that was signed. I can't determine the last name. Phil Caravetta was the manager that year, but I don't think this is him. No other Phil was on the roster. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    Must have been playing the Dodgers and you might even be able to pinpoint the actual game, as he only appeared in 21 for the Dodgers that year. How many could have been against thew Cubs as well?

    I collect Steve Garvey, Dodgers and signed cards. Collector since 1978.
