Dansco Album Sets - Roosevelt Dimes

I have a complete Roosevelt Dime Set in a Dansco Album. The set includes all business uncs, proofs, SMS, 2005-2010 satin finish and business strikes, the March of Dimes coins, and the 1982 no P a total of 284 coins. It would be a huge undertaking to have the set graded. Using the PCGS site and conservative grading (MS63/PF65) the coins would be valued at $1,327. Can anyone offer an opinion on the value of such a collection?

Unfortunately that maybe the high end. I have the same collection in Dansco. I just looked on eBay and found this auction. Not looking good for this set with 3 days left:.

Maybe find the right buyer. Good luck if you're trying to sell.

My current Registry sets:
✓ Everyman Mint State Carson City Morgan Dollars (1878 – 1893)
✓ Everyman Mint State Lincoln Cents (1909 – 1958)
✓ Morgan Dollar GSA Hoard (1878 – 1891)
They routinely go for between $500. and $700.
I think the current prices are a bit low, yet probably not many are collecting these sets.
Here is an example of a finished auction (the real way to judge pricing):

you can't use PCGS price guide unless you deduct for grading fees. I think that puts you at
a negative. The numbers mentioned here are accurate for a raw MS set.
Thanks to all that commented. I'll just put them in the safe with the rest of the coins graded and raw!
