Hey folks…

How has everyone been doing with turnaround times lately?

I submitted two coins for crossover that were received on January 27. I was told it would be a 50 day turnaround. I tracked my order and things went pretty quickly until they got to encapsulation. They sat there for 3 weeks. I gave customer service a call and was told I did have a 50 day turnaround time so things were normal. I waited another week and called again. The next CS person said that this was odd and was told that an expedite request would be submitted. I waited with no movement. I called again last week. I was on day 49. The next CS person told me that they may be taking longer as the coins needed to be researched. The coins were a Silver Commemorative and a Peace Dollar. I was then told that the 50 day quote was only an estimate and it could be an additional few weeks.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?

Keep in mind the ESTIMATE is “Business” days, so it’s a 10 week estimate.
