Thank you @MFeld …….Do you know why? I’ve always heard “buy the coin, not the holder”. Certainly ANACS has some under-graded and premium quality coins in some of their holders.
CAC makes a market in coins they certify. The target was for higher end coins. Many higher end coins have been crossed to PCGS and NGC. My speculation is that they do not see ANACs coins meeting the target nor do they wish to attract ANACs submissions.

What would be the economic consequences if they did? When they start slabbing, will they be accepting crossovers in Anacs, Icg, PCI slabs as PCGS does?

My understanding CAC only stickers PCGS & NGC. However ANACS is one of the 4 TPG accepted by ebay.
I like the Anacs yellow holders especially for Bullion Coins. They sell well for me. Not that I chase them but at times deals of mixed TPG coins (the 4 accepted by eBay) come up. Or a great deal nice looking coin off GC to put a dent in the shipx cost (per coin) of the order.
As far as any crossover will submit to our hosts. If want a coin with CAC will simply acquire CACG piece. Btw when will they be coming out (eBay, GC)?

Hopefully not, as CAC doesn’t accept ANACS coins as submissions.

I have a couple that were in anacs slabs, but crossed, at the same grade, over to pcgs...and received a green bean.

Apparently not. They only mentioned PCGS and NGC
