These are NGC 2019-W "American Liberty Series" Gold $100 High Relief .9999 fine "2021 West Point Hoard" with a grade of SP70 Enhanced Finish. There are no signatures on the label
I'm helping a family member sell and I have these in-hand.
I have FIVE (5) of them. One or all available at this point (I go to a coin show next weekend, so any unsold ones would go there with me).
