Been waiting now for over 4 months on this order that has been in QA2 for 3 weeks.

I've got orders that were received/logged in early August and are still only in Assembly stage. I'd be pretty happy if my orders moved along through the queue like yours. You're on pace at worst for typical/normal, if not even what some may consider fairly quick.

Given the advertised estimated turnaround time of 65 days, I figured it would go faster.

You were at 85 business days when you posted this thread, not 4 months yet. Agreed, it is not 65, but not unreasonably far from the turn around estimate. And, your order did get to Q2 very close to the 65 day point. It isn't what we like to hear, but this is pretty normal timing.

someone seems to have a case of the Monday's . 85 business days is more than 4 months .

most orders are going quicker than this but the pre-79 have been slower running 3-4 months.

orders from August, that seems like an exception these days and probably worthy or a call to PSA. This isn't the great backlog anymore. people should stop dramatizing things like it is and that is the service levels being provided
