1970-D Rev 68 Roosevelt Dime - Worth having attributed?

I just learned about the 1970-D Rev of 68 FS-901 design. I struggle with interpreting Variety Vista, but I believe my dime is indeed FS-901. Does anyone disagree? The question is, is this worth having attributed? I note that PCGS price guide for the non-variety (in MS66FB) is $525. I can't imaging that FS-901 would be worth less, but PCGS price guide has it as only $385. I assume this is just a matter of the price guide being outdated and the small volume of sales.

Question #2:
I have another one of these in MS65 but it appears to be nothing special.

Your determination of the variety is correct.
Here is one at that grade that sold in 2018:

yours is just a regular well struck - here is mine, see how deep the grooves at top of torch are? most I have seen are weak in 70 and IN and WE.
This is a tough sell item as there may be only a small niche collecting audience. However you will probably need the coin to be slabbed for any possible sale anywhere close to PCGS estimated value. Caveat-in today's market who really knows? JMHO! Cheers!
@ProofCollection Your analysis of both coins is correct - the MS66FB is the FS-901, while the MS65 is not.
The diagnostic grooves in the torch absolutely are present on your FS-901, they are simply somewhat obscured by the lighting in the photograph.
A weakness in the strike has never been considered a diagnostic for this variety, but may be characteristic of specific die marriages. As die varieties go, the 1970-D 10c FS-901 is one of the most common, as it was struck from multiple die pairings. A while back, I surveyed a small sample of circulated dimes and found that ~30% of 1970-D dimes are the FS-901. The abundance of this variety explains why it has not received more of a premium.
I have sold a couple certified MS examples of these on eBay over the years and lost money on them. I no longer look for them when searching Roosevelt dimes. The 1970-D Roosevelt variety money is in the several strong doubled die reverses that can be found.
