nba- bulls..it's just a matter a time b4 these guys make the playoffs, and it just might be next year

nfl- cowboys..i don't like to use if's but IF quincy carter can play decent ball the boys will go from 5-11 to a wildcard berth. please O please O please

KB1, i hope so. he played pretty good after his injury last year and from what i've been reading he's looked good in their minicamps so far

NBA-can't really choose here are the teams that are going to improve the most (in no particular order)

1. Wizards
2. Memphis
3. LAC

NFL- easy the Colts all of their top players are healthy... for once

im not an expert on colts football but if im correct their offense has never been the problem with that team, even after edgerin's injury..Defense is what is killing that team. if there are any true colt fans i'd like to hear whatcha think

the Colts for sure...with the peyton/marvin connection, plus with james healthy, and them in a weak division, theyre gonna be amazing.
and the Knicks will be most improved when they land somebody good like Wally or Big Dog

Last season James was out, Manning had a broken jaw, Harrison wasn't in rue form the whole season.

There main problem has been there defense and health. There defense improved last season and will continue to this season, everyone is healthy and from what people have been saying about James being in "great" shape. Hopefully he'll be back to his 00' form.

Lions by far for most improved team. How can you not improve on 2 wins significantly?
NBA-Who cares! No offense to anyone but it ranks right up with baseball right now.

NBA- for next year: Grizzlies with gasol, battier, j will, gooden, and maybe some more guys... and maybe the Clips
for years after: Bulls, Clips, Griz, Sonics, etc

NFL- Colts as yanksfan stated because they weren't as good last year, and Reggie Wayne should make a little production at WR with Harrison

i don't know how much the colts defense improved last year. just got back from nfl.com and according to their stats the colts were LAST in pts given up per gm ( over 30 pts pg ! )and 3rd from last in yrds given up per gm. the big 3 better be healthy cause it looks like their going to have to outscore their opponents to win
