Is this a Silver HK-27b So-Called Dollar: Centennial Small Liberty Bell With Star?

Just ran across this on Heritage where it was speculated to be silver.

Anyone know where this is now?

Heritage said:
(1876) Liberty Bell So-Called Dollar, U.S. Centennial Exposition, HK-27b, Uncertified. Probably silver, 38 mm, encapsulated in glass and housed in the original velvet-lined case.

    Whenever I see these theye are called "White Metal" - as is in this auction you post. White metal to me is not ag.

    It states in the heading and the description "White metal (tin)"
    I don't see where it mentions silver.

    It's a 2 piece lot. The other piece is white metal.

    The piece I posted is mentioned as "HK-27b, Uncertified. Probably silver" in the lot description as quoted above. HK-27b is silver.
