Can I send hockey cards and Magic the Gathering cards in the same order ?

You would need to submit two separate orders, Sports and TCG & Non-Sports.
They could both go in the same box though.
After you complete each submission then there will be a link to click on for sending multiple submissions in one shipment. This will require a different label to cut and place on the outside of the box. This will be the only label you put on the box aside from To/From and a couple Fragile stickers for good measure.

Not exactly correct... If cards are NOT sent as part of a special, and NOT sent as part of a Value sub, the cost to grade is the same for all types/sports/etc. However, if you for instance want to use the $15 TCG/Non-sport special, then yes, that is a separate return shipping charge/submission. Likewise, if you want to use Value submission pricing, and you have cards that span the two different time periods, then again, will require multiple submissions and return shipping fees. Generally you won't be able to search for the card in the search box if you are using the wrong submission type....
