In this case I think the auto hurts the value. Would guess that a 9.5 (assuming that is the card grade) without an auto would go for a little oner $200 - however most people looking for high grade 70s are not also looking for autographed cards. Jenkins is a very easy signature - he is at shows all the time and will sign just about anything for $10 donation to his foundation.
Would think with the auto you would probably be lucky to get $100 and it would probably sell for about $50.

Apparently it's a pop 1. Only 4 Fergie's from 1966 - 1980 are bvg 9.5's. No 10's.
