PSA do they now grade cello packs in the box ?

I just saw this cello pack and it was the first time I saw a PSA cello with the box enclosed.

The newer holder have deeper wells so there is certainly enough room now.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
I think the box would enhance the value if the top card is centered poorly and lower it if the top card is centered well. Looks cool in the box especially the back!
Oh, my. That's one heck of a pack!
