Complete Seated Dime Collection for sale

It is time for all the coins from my Seated Dime Registry set collections to be sold! They are all listed for sale at Gerry Fortin Rare Coins through his auction format. I acquired these coins across a 35-year period from about 1985 to 2020, so many are quite fresh to the market.

Auction opens this Saturday, March 18th and closes next Saturday March 25th. There are coins for every budget in this sale in nice collector-friendly grades. All the Seated Dime Cherry Pickers Guide varieties are there, so take a look if something is missing from your collection or if you would like to start a new challenge. The auction starts off with a high-end collection of Seated Halves from a different consigner so check those out as well.

Here is are the links to the registry sets in case you prefer to browse that way. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions.

I've been looking at those. Nice job! Not sure what I'm going to bid on, but that is an impressive collection! Sometimes I wish I had the fortitude to stay focused on one series, but to each his own I guess. I like too many things!

Successful transactions here and ATS with: jwitten, Rob41281, bajjerfan, cucamongacoin, Jim F., physics-fan3.14, x2rider, Wahoo554, Weather11am, Relaxn, jimineez1, Ronyahski, Bliggity, SurfinxHI, McGrump (thru BAJJERFAN), ms71, Downtown1974, ad4400

The GFRC auction is now open for bids. You might be wondering what is the difference between the PCGS "Liberty Seated Dimes Major Variety Set" and the "Liberty Seated Dimes Complete Variety Set" Registry Sets. The answer is that the latter includes all of the Cherry Picker's Guide varieties. These are really rare to find in holders, the vast majority have total PCGS populations of less than 10. Here is a list of the FS (Fivaz-Stanton) varieties offered in this sale with the PCGS population numbers (in grade / higher).

I was just curious if some of the proceeds was going back into new coins for your collection. I sold some of my Seated Dimes to buy rare $5 Liberty gold.
