2023 ASE West Point Quality Control

Received two ASEs West Point mint mark purchased from the US Mint. Returned one due to a white streak across LIBERTY on the obverse. I think they call the white stains milk stains due the soap residue from improper cleaning. A lot of lint on the outside and inside the capsule. Anyone else running into this problem?

    The trouble with milk stains is that they can occur long after you purchase the ASE.
    They can even occur after a coin has been graded in the holder.
