Couldn't resist this Rattler Large Cent....show me your couldn't resist Rattlers

I was perusing Ebay this evening and came across this nice 1852 rattler LC. I noticed that my LC sets had every type of holder except a rattler. The clincher was it is an upgrade from my current MS62. I didn't hesitate and pulled the trigger immediately. I haven't seen a rattler LC for quite a while. Let me know what you think and show me some more rattlers.

Great coin! It's almost certainly undergraded, but I tend to prefer a 63 in a "rattler" over a 64 in a new-generation holder. Thanks for sharing.

I can't imagine there are too many large cents extant in rattlers. Here is one from my favorite classic commem issue. As for the label, you would think PCGS might have been able to squeeze a U into the end of the name, wouldn't you?

    No U for you!

Been collecting Rattlers now for 17 years and I still don't have a Large Cent. But I do have 456 of them. They are listed on the registry sets under "First Generation Holders"
