1951 Bowman Football Wax Stain Questions

I have over 150 of these in really high grade condition, however half of them have some degree of what I assume is a wax stain on the back of the card. How does PSA grade those with the minor stain?

Im in the same boat as you. In the past they used to give 7-8s with a slight stain. And seen 8.5-9s with them. But now it seems 5-6 is what they give if they have a slight stain on the back. I have several that look Nm/Mt but Im not grading them because I dont think the grade would do it justice. I crack them out and put them with the others.
I just sent in 10 with the light stain as a test but I have a Landry and a Graham that are stunning but I’ll wait to see what happens.
I have a 1952 large common card that I graded from a group where I got 8-9s before. One graded a Psa 8 and I mean nuts centered mint corners but a 1 cm very very faint stain on the back. Still thought could grade a 9. Sent it 2 more times. Been a 6 both tries. It’s now raw somewhere in storage.
I think it's just cool to think of having 70+ year old cards with evidence that they were once in a pack of cards, opened, and enjoyed / collected.
