    There could be two issues.

    To the right of the thread title there is a star. If it's dark (filled in) then click on it to unfollow/unbookmark the thread.

    Also, under Profile/Edit Profile/Notification Preferences there are many settings that you can set or change.

    Change the channel - You mave inadvertantly clicked on that catagory as a "Bookmark" ? Unclick that if you did.
