And just now I have an economy sub that was received the same day as the regular tier sub and went into encapsulation yesterday and is already in QA today. The more I sub the more I don’t think there is any organization to this process it’s just random luck of the draw no matter what tier you submit.
I submitted Express service last month. Other services are noted to have longer turnaround times. Depends on how quick you want it back, value or quantity being graded. In my case the first two drove the service level. Value, I didn't have a choice.
My regular submission, on its way back to me now, was in encapsulation for approx 8 business days and QA for approx 4 business days. Approx 75 business days total from receipt @PCGS to I have a return tracking number. I ordered truviews, variety attribute and special labels.
March 21 will be 4 months since my economy crossover order was logged in.
It's been in Encapsulation for (I think) 3-4 weeks.
No photos involved, but 3 coins need VAM attributions.
My recent submission, rec'd 11 Jan 2023 has been scheduled for grading for almost two months. The wheels are turning...but very slowly. At least your order has gotten that much closer to the door.

I had two sent in and received on the same day. Both orders same denomination and types. One is still sitting in received while one is in encapsulation.
10/27/2022 went in for grading. They charged my credit card Feb 7th and grades and trueviews done. Has Not Shipped to me and I sent email asking and was told they will ship when its ready. Almost 1 month later and my coins still sitting there. So maybe they ran out of boxes?
I need to start submitting smaller groups but more often so I am not always 'waiting' for the next step. I will see if I can get one in the mail today.

Speaking of processing times, they sure are long right now. My last regular order is approaching 4 calendar months.

@messydesk- Doesn't it all depend on what service the submitter is dealing with? 😉
