Ebay's listing "creator" could be much better. Seller could have copied an existing listing, which would bring over all the item specifics. Then, once he changed the title, ebay "guesses" at obvious item specifics and allows you to set those with a click of the mouse. Unfortunately, it does not "clear out" the other item specifics, and that's how we end up in this mess.
The thing that's been driving me crazy lately is sellers who select "yes" for the "Graded" item specific because they have given the item a grade.

I see what you're saying about the "Item Specifics" very poor marketing/sales/listings on the sellers' action's or maybe they don't know any better...
