Does anyone know the population of BN PL 1965 Canadian half dollars at both PCGS and NGC? I can only find regular PL pops.

Well, your coin is silver, so there is no "BN", if you mean "brown". Are you sure that this is PL? If it is, it's worth much less than an MS. You'd have to go to auction sales results or EBay "sold" to find any kind of value to put on it. Don't use the CaC prices, which are many times just "hopeful" prices. Here's what they have for "auction" sales:

The "BN" part of the question has me scratching my head, as well.

PL coins normally do not have the raised rim like the OP's coin. It's probably a nice BU coin that was in a kraft paper envelope for a few years.
