How to Determine Low Pop World Notes Values?

I just received some notes back from a PMG submission today, and while I thought they would grade well, i was a bit surprised that several of them came back as 68 or 69's.

I dont really collect high grade world notes, so I was curious how to value something like the note pictured below which would typically be sold raw in a common bin at a store for $1 in UNC, but now that it graded 69EPQ it is the single finest graded for this Pick sub number, and second finest graded for the Pick # overall according to the PMG population report. Im not interested in selling it, but I'm horribly OCD and I need to update my insurance list. Any suggestions?
