Help with a U.S. $50 Bill, Please

We got this in the shop the other day, but were perplexed by it. Any chance that it’s a running ink error or anything else special? Thanks I’m advance.

    Looks like it might have been in the back pocket of a new pair of jeans that went through a wash cycle. Whatever it is, I’m certain it happened after it left the Western District of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Fort Worth Texas.
