    Paper Clip mention

    Someone placed a P.C. on the bill that unfortunately left some marks.
    Currency collectors worse nightmare.
    Marks, creases, stains or folds.
    My dealer friend just being honest to point out the problem written as a side note.

    You can see the indentation the paper clip made on the top of the note just to the left of the portrait of Jackson.
