Hello, and thanks so much for your help.
Would anyone know why this Momento token was issued and is it an authorized mint product? The inscription Fundos Monumentos Grau. I have it in my Peru Type set but I am wondering if it really belongs there.

I just learned that the above token was used to raise funds for construction of a statue commemorating Admiral Grau. So, this technically isn't a "coin" but was it a mint issue?
