Why does the submissions tracking page have a green box saying grades are ready but then no grades are listed. It's been in QA for a week.
Am I looking in the wrong place?

No, that seems to be typical, but not sure why it does that. It's kind of annoying, I wish they would do something about it.
Your payment hasn't been processed yet. If the grades are not there after about 5 minutes there is something wrong with your payment.
