Congrat to Bill Walser, High Desert, Swan, Paul Taylor and all type collectors!

HD gets the credit for being 1'st. He has modern, proof, circulating strike and gold covered as well as the complete type. Swan has the only other %100 complete type set and it also is very high grade. Congrats to both on completing the holy grail of type collecting!

Bill W. has lots of sets. It looks like he is #1 in the 20'Th Century proof type set but the prize went to HD. This must be an oversight.

Paul Taylor has an incredible collection of high grade gold type coins. Awesome.

Congrats to all type collectors! There is so much to learn and so many coins to view we should have a lifetime of fun collecting...

    I second what Carl said.

Swan, can't wait to see your coins when they are pictured.

High, please consider sharing these coins with us one day.

  • Congrats Carl and Frank(and everyone).....That "2002" ICON looks great! Puts a little jazz on the Jefferson Sets. Super sets.......My award will be to stay on the same (and front) page. Is it just me or are Jefferson Proofs reallllllllllly expensive these days?

    Enjoy your coins.......

  • I'm used to being always topped by HD when he registers a set but how did he beat me on the 20th Century Proofs when he's #3?

I must have missed some fine print in the rules.

I think they were so used to typing his name they got carried away.
