This type of print spot is not what people typically think of as a print spot. This is found on most 1969 Mantles including the white letter variation. The easiest way to find one without the print spot is to find one that is enough off-center to the left to have the spot "cut off". The second easiest way to find one is to find one with it erased off. PSA will grade cards with the print spot at 9. I'm pretty sure they would never 10 one with the spot. It's pretty crazy when you compare the price of this one card with the partial set that gaspipe recently sold off. I would prefer the 50 pounds of cards myself.
There is a '53 Bowman #33 Reese in PSA-10. This card comes with and without an red dot in the background. I had one of these with the dot, and I showed it to a friend, and he told me he'd ignored the dot because he thought it was the ball. If someone mistakes a print dot for a ball, that's a bad print dot.
Looking at that print spot is like when your dream date shows up with a huge pimple on the tip of her nose. As beautiful as she may be, you just can't help but stare at the tip of her nose.

Anyway, the PSA-10 has the dot.
