Here's an affordable coin with a sticker. This and the next coin were purchased from another member here.

I started collecting Seated Liberty circs relatively recently. This was purchased from Gerry Fortin, who described it as "near choice": "The piece appears to have been removed from an old album as the protected reverse is fully brilliant with hints of peripheral toning." It presents toning with some distinctive color on the obverse, and the reverse fields are more reflective.

I've owned this details coin for fifteen years, when I started collecting Mercs. I had this idea of collecting non-FB coins and getting them graded by PCGS as FB. I was lucky a couple of times. This was in an ANACS MS65 slab. Interestingly PCGS called it FB the first time, but on both visits it came back as Questionable Color. The fields approach reflectivity. This image is from early 2020.

The image from its first trip in 2015. Based on these and GC's current pics, I think this coin's appearance is continuing to change.

So far the coin with the most watchers has been the Lincoln cent. The Seated half dime is right behind.
