I wish Mcdavid would score a goal. Oilers with 4 goals but none for him. At this rate Pasternak is going to catch him.
Disclaimer- I have a bet that he will lead the NHL in goals so he needs to forget the assists and just score!! 😩

Yes this thread should replace the thread that @Goldenage started with the sole reason to dis McD. I have been posting his updates regularly there but will now do so here. The Great One was a different player than McD. Gretz had quick hands but I don't think he was quite as good a skater as McD. And McD can do magic with a puck, I was surprised in the SO last nite that he did not put it in the net...........

I wasn’t suprised one bit.

He has 0 goals on 19 shots in his last three games.

Please don't cause problems in this topic I created it so people can have some fun if you don't like McDavid that is fine or if you think whatever of him that is fine but I just want to enjoy talking Edmonton here with people that also enjoy them as I do. Is McDavid the better player than the previous generational players I don't truly care I just enjoy watching him play. Same way I enjoyed watching players such as say Mario Lemieux or Wayne Gretzky.

If you are not into the Oilers OK but allow those that are to enjoy them.

I prefer doing the playoffs it gets more intense and more people get in to it. I will wait till then. I will do NFL next season on Monday and Thursdays then the playoffs like this year. To many hockey games 82 is a lot.

Starting a thread and saying you are going to track something is a big commitment. But I didn't see this thread that way really. I knew what you meant and thought it was a good idea. Either way, I appreciate you. Heck, I appreciate all of you guys.

King you didn’t have to change the title to delete.
Mcdavid now has 11 points his last 3 games. 6 goals and 5 assists.
Now leads Pastrnak 48-42 in goals after leading 42-41.
How was his defense? I have no idea but I blame the defensemen today for the Oilers losing 5-6.
When your job title is quite literally
‘defenseman’ and your team scores 5 goals and you lose, dude you’ve got a lot of questions to answer. 😡

But I digress, I basically just want Connor to lead in goals so I win my bet.
