I'm thinking of selling some stuff on eBay.. do I need a credit card to get some sort of selling ID, I already have an ID with a feedback of 49 but everytime I want to try & sell something, they ask me to create a selling ID and to fill in my credit card #
what to do?

oh btw.. when someone sends you money with PayPal, do you have to accept it in the mail PP sends you or does it automatically come on your balance?
