Greatest non-active pitcher who never won an ERA title.

Greatest non-active HR hitter who never won a HR title, or led his league in HR’s.

Greatest BA hitter who never led his league in BA.

🤔

This is so hard it’s making my head spin.

I think Raphael Palmeiro has the most home runs having never led the league

will have to think about the others...

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

guesses here: I dont know that he is the best to never win an era title, but Bert Blyleven never won one.

and Joe Jackson never won a batting title

edit to add: Tom Glavine never won an era title either.

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

    No genius here, but ...

Greatest non-active pitcher who never won an ERA title.

    1. Mike Mussina
    2. Curt Schilling
    3. John Smoltz
    4. Charles "Chief" Bender
    5. Don Drysdale
    6. Roy Halladay
    7. Dennis Eckersley

I'll go with Curt Schilling even though he is not in the Hall of Fame.

Greatest non-active HR hitter who never won a HR title, or led his league in HR’s.

    1. Frank Thomas
    2. Stan Musial
    3. Vladimir Guerrero

Has to be Stan Musial and his 475 career HRs.

Greatest BA hitter who never led his league in BA.

    1. Shoeless Joe Jackson
    2. Eddie Collins
    3. Vladimir Guerrero

Has to be Shoeless Joe Jackson and his career. 356 BA

I forgot about the Big Hurt. even though Palmiero has more career HR, I would choose Frank as the greatest slugger to never win a title.

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

That’s an impressive first post for a non genius. Welcome

Stan Musial is a clear #1 for guys who never led in homers.

You could make a case for Bert Blyleven among guys who haven't won an ERA title. Max Scherzer is the clear winner here, however, once he retires if he doesn't win one.
