1954 Mantle Bowman - is this a reprint?

The card looks brand new. Price doesn’t reflect what looks like an 8. Is it a reprint? The back is so clean

I didn't think that card was allowed to be sold raw, but, regardless, this is exactly the situation the authenticity guarantee is for. Anyone can buy with confidence that the only issue would be tying his money up in eBay escrow for a couple of weeks. Similarly, if it is real, it allows someone to sell this type of card without having to learn a to about it first, like some of our kids might wish to do.

Please post the results if anyone here buys it.

His 1957 Mantle is listed as 1996 Topps redemption. I am sure the 54 and 58 cards are from the same series.

    100% counterfeit card--not a reprint.

All of his vintage cards are counterfeits. It is quite obvious on the backs.

Don't know if he's faking or not, but his cards suddenly started showing up in some of my vintage searches from this past weekend. Weirdly, none of those are still on his store. Hopefully, folks aren't getting ripped off.

Yeah that was the thing JT just popped up. And yes, the authenticity guarantee protects sellers on this right? What if eBay authenticated that? Assuming though it would get rejected.
