Not sure what you are seeing that you think is an error.
It's best if you give us an idea rather than make us guess.
It looks like the D mint mark may be filled, that is common.
The area around the mint mark appears like it may be depressed, that can happen if it was punched a little too deep.
The I looks a little close to the N of IN but that could be PMD or die wear.
It looks like there might be a die crack running down his neck, die cracks are common.
