I forgot, does PCGS automatically do trueviews if you use membership vouchers?

I submitted some coins at the Long Beach show using membership vouchers, but I forgot to ask them if they automatically get trueviews with vouchers or if you have to ask and pay $5 extra. Does anybody know? If not, I’ll call them and as them to add the trueviews. I always end up forgetting how to fill out the submission forms correctly and have to ask them to help me, which I did, but I totally forgot to ask them about trueviews. Thanks, in advance, for any replies.

It depends on the service level you selected. If you chose Secure Plus you will get True-Views at no additional charge. Regular submission levels you won't get photos unless you selected them and pay extra.
Regular has Gold Shield which includes True Views
You are correct in your statement but what I meant was submissions without secure plus grading.
I was calling them regular submissions,,,,,,,, bad choice of words on my part.
did you use your voucher for a modern or economy?
oops, it was Mr_Spud that submitted.
As I understand it, the answer depends upon the selected "service group".

Assuming "service level" = 'voucher/regular', what you 'checked' in section #3 will dictate the inclusion of "Gold Shield", which includes "TrueView" images.
It's been awhile, but I've had true views show up unexpectedly with regular submissions in the past.
I ended up emailing PCGS customer service and I got a response right away saying not to worry because they automatically include Trueviews when vouchers are used.
