A fun retro, looking back thread. Anyone still own a coin they purchased from COINage Magazine?

Or any monthly publication from the 60s and 70s, and 80s.
Before the internet, our only source- other than coin shops and shows- was the
various magazines and the national dealers that would advertise in them.
Do you have a coin you purchased from that era?
I thought this might be an enjoyable diversion from the recent drama here and a neat way
of looking back at a simpler time.

Holy Crud! I can't wait to see what folks post. I don't have any from that era, but in the 1970s I subscribed to COINage while a friend of mine subscribed to Coins and we would share the magazines. I can vividly recall going through all the listings and never learning my lesson regarding the dipped, overgraded coins that I received when I sent off my money.
In honor of the memory of Cpl. Michael E. Thompson
I don't have any coins I purchased from the magazines but I do recall "drooling" over the pictures in both Coins and Coinage!
Almost as good as Dad's Playboys; almost.
Not to hijack this thread but the cover of Coinage with the discovery of the '72 DD Lincoln is iconic.
Wouldn't you like to be able to go back in time and tell your past self what to do!
